Because the body is such a complex system, it’s often difficult for patients to understand the root causes of their pain or limited mobility. That’s why, in addition to providing expert chiropractic care, Fortify Chiropractic and Sports Rehab—serving South Riding, Chantilly, and Aldie—prioritizes patient education. Our goal is not only to treat symptoms at their source, but also to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent recurring issues and maintain long-term wellness.

Dr. Chris Grivas
Dr. Chris Grivas, a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, developed a passion for diagnosing and treating sports injuries at an early age through his active lifestyle and love of athletics. After graduating from Westfield High School in Chantilly, VA, he studied health sciences at James Madison University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic and a master’s in clinical anatomy and physiology instruction from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College).
In 2017, Dr. Grivas returned to Northern Virginia to begin his chiropractic career, serving patients throughout South Riding, Aldie, and Chantilly. Before founding Fortify Chiropractic and Sports Rehab, he gained extensive experience treating individuals of all ages and athletic levels—including professional athletes from the Washington Commanders, D.C. United, and the XFL’s Washington Defenders. Through this experience, he developed advanced techniques to address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Passionate about supporting mothers during pregnancy, Dr. Grivas also specializes in prenatal chiropractic care. He is certified in the Webster Technique and proudly serves the growing families of South Riding, Aldie, and Chantilly by offering safe, effective chiropractic support for expectant mothers.
He currently resides locally in Chantilly where he enjoys an active life with his wife, two sons and rescue dog.
